Your best weapon is the one that’s always close and convenient to apply, one that seems harmless to the attackers, yet is unexpectedly powerful.

• Learn how to magnify takedowns, escapes, and strikes
• Use clothing to conceal punches, kicks and knife draws
• Practice rolls out of a jacket and implementing your attacker’s clothing
• Defend from knife stabs and slashes in subtle and effective ways
• Study how personal carry items and everyday objects can be used for self defence, distraction, and control
• Practice simple and creative application of your keys, belt, book, wallet, and more

Ages: adults 18 and up.
No previous experience needed.

Required equipment:

• Two or more Jackets, a few Shirts and T-shirts
  (this clothing will get ripped, stretched and damaged)
• Training Knife (if you are travelling by plane to the seminar and are unable to bring the training knife please indicate in comments section when submitting your registration)
• Belt, cap, book, magazine or newspaper, pencil, keys, other personal carry items you wish to apply
