This book looks at the research and theory behind NLP and the first to fulfill the need for an inquiring, research-based and critical approach to the practice of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in business and organizations.

It is essential reading for anyone who is interested in this innovative field of practice.

NLP can be an effective and creative approach to developing people, yet is hampered by a lack of understanding.
