I truly believe this information can help other people and that’s why I created this course. This isn’t a quick fix or a miracle pill. It has always been my deepest desire to help other people. My education includes a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Nonprofit Management. During grad school, I spent two years working as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and regularly escorted survivors to the hospital. This job made me passionate about helping women live their best damn lives. After working in domestic violence, I spent two years working as a wilderness counselor for at risk youth and led 28 day wilderness camping trips. My other past gigs include assisting students with their college careers as an academic adviser, working as a volunteer coordinator at Habitat for Humanity and riding a bicycle all over the country (yes, really). I have been managing depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember and it is something I still work on every single day. I created Radical Transformation Project to share with you what I have learned on my journey so far and to give you a framework to create your own treatment plan that will work for you.
