In this 12-Week course, you’ll learn EXACTLY how to break down your macros, swap your foods, and how to strategically incorporate cheat meals all while staying on track and losing weight. There is so much more to losing weight than just treadmills and calorie counting.

I show you EXACTLY how to train for strength and how to do each movement no matter where you are starting from through tutorial videos. You’ll have access to 100+ HD videos that break down EVERY movement.

Male and Female workout specific plans. I use a combination of power training (for strength) and Volume training (for building & faster fat loss). Combing the two increases the amount of tension on the muscles allowing a breakthrough for any plateau!

This package is for the individual looking for a customized step-by-step meal plan. Based off of your client questionnaire, I determine how many meals you eat per day, what foods to eat with each meal (provided from the foods you choose), what foods to consume pre and post workout, and I also incorporate your cheat meal option. This consists of a more structured meal plan to assist you in reaching your goals faster. Personalized macros will also be include with a food swapping chart provided.

How To Start The Program:

You will receive an in depth questionnaire that needs to be filled out. This will allow me to assess everything I need to determine your individual macros used to build your custom meal plan. Macros are based on your body type, diet history, current exercise regime, lifestyle, occupation and goals.

*As soon as the invoice is completed, an email will be sent to you with log-in instructions to enter the course. After you long-in you will find the client questionnaire in the first module to fill out. Your personalized meal plan will be sent back to your email within 72-hours.
