Just finished the first week's video. It was really amazing. I've watched Tyler's youtube stuff in piecemeal fashion but I feel like this 4 hour masterpiece finally made me understand how it all fits together and not so overwhelmed by a million puzzle pieces. It could stop now and I think I'd have my money's worth.
Even though it was a demonstration and not the actual mission yet I got up and did the exercises along with the video and I already feel a big change and my neighbors probably think I'm nuts.
