According to ancient Chinese medicine, we’re each born with an inner vibration that determines our personality and the way we approach life…

This wisdom is based on the Chinese Five Elements — Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal — and we generally exhibit the qualities (or energies) of one or two.

Determining which element most describes your personality type, and honoring and working with it as your unique energy type — can help you heal physically, emotionally, spiritually.
